Lesandra House was born and raised in Little Rock, AR and is still a current Arkansas native. Lesandra has worked most of her career in the Management field for a major chain of restaurants. She is proactive, responsible, and sales-oriented senior restaurant manager with 7+ years in cross-functional team leadership and chain restaurant management experience. Lesandra is very professional, composed, and a reliable shift leader with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in the face of busy operations and shifting priorities, and a passion for process improvement. Collaborative customer relations expert with a successful track record of overseeing dining area maintenance and leading promotional events. Lesandra has now ventured off into her owning her own business where she is the Owner and the Co-Founder of Blu-Coat Security LLC. Blu-Coat Security was established in 2021 and has been consistently growing since the recovery of the deadly virus COVID-19.

Troy House has been an accomplished member of the Law Enforcement workforce in the state of Arkansas for the past 15 years. As an Arkansas native Troy was inspired from a young age to join Law Enforcement Agencies as a protective force for the communities which he served. Troy has a substantial amount of training hours and knowledge that makes him a dynamic leader and business owner. Troy is currently a certified Law Enforcement Professional Instructor which concerns all aspects of this sensitive field as it has advanced over the years. Troy is a certified Firearms Instructor which also includes the safety of the citizens to which the services are provided to help protect the citizens they are serving. To help support his adventurous mindset and leadership skills. Troy has now ventured off into him owning his own business where he is the Owner and the Co-Founder of Blu-Coat Security LLC.
